Loaded Fruit oatmeal Pancake

- Preparation Time: 5minutes
- 1/2 cup plain oatmeal or 1 pkg of any flavor oatmeal
- 2 tbs of vanilla extract
- Optional: 1 tsp of a fruit flavor extract
- fruit of your choice. I prefer blueberries and banana with a little banana extract
- 3 egg whites or 2 servings of egg beaters
- A pinch of water
- Optional a pinch of sugar or sugar substitute
- Powdered sugar
- Sugar free maple syrup
DIRECTIONS
- In a bowl mix all ingredients till well blended.
- Pour into a stovetop pan cook until one side turns a golden color.
- Flip pancake until other side is golden
- Sprinkle with a dusting of powdered sugar
- Serve with or without sugar free maple syrup
