Low Cal Apple Muffins
INGREDIENTS

- 3 apples
- 3 eggs
- 3 T Sugar
- 1/2t orange extract
- 1/2t vanilla
- 1/4t cinnamon
- 1/4t nutmeg
- 3 slices of white bread
DIRECTIONS
- Peel,core then grate apples and set aside.
- Beat eggs then add spices, break bread into small pieces and add to mixture, blend in apples, put into 6 muffin tins, line with paper or use cooking spray.
- Bake at 375 for 45 min
- 40 cal per muffin
