Low Carb Blackened Dijon Chicken

- 2 lbs Boneless Chicken Breast
- 3/4 Cup Dijon Mustard
- 4 tbs Olive Oil
- 5 tbs Blackened Seasoning:
- 1 1/2 tbs Paprika
- 1 tbs Garlic Powder
- 1 tbs Onion Powder
- 1 tbs Thyme Leaves
- 1 tsp Cayenne Pepper
- 1 tsp Basil
- 1 tsp Cumin
- 1 tsp Celery Salt
- 1/2 tsp Oregano
DIRECTIONS
- 1.Pre Heat oven to 400 °
- 2.Season each breast on both sides with seasoning
- 3. Using a basting brush you will then brush each side of the breast with Dijon mustard.
- 4.In a large Fry-pan, heat 4 tbs Olive Oil and sear breasts on each side for 4 minutes each side.
- 5.Remove and place on rimmed cookie sheet
- 6. Bake for 30 minutes.
- Serve with side dish of your choice!
