Low Carb Blackened Dijon Chicken

  • 2 lbs Boneless Chicken Breast
  • 3/4 Cup Dijon Mustard
  • 4 tbs Olive Oil
  • 5 tbs Blackened Seasoning:
  • 1 1/2 tbs Paprika
  • 1 tbs Garlic Powder
  • 1 tbs Onion Powder
  • 1 tbs Thyme Leaves
  • 1 tsp Cayenne Pepper
  • 1 tsp Basil
  • 1 tsp Cumin
  • 1 tsp Celery Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Oregano
DIRECTIONS
  1. 1.Pre Heat oven to 400 °
  2. 2.Season each breast on both sides with seasoning
  3. 3. Using a basting brush you will then brush each side of the breast with Dijon mustard.
  4. 4.In a large Fry-pan, heat 4 tbs Olive Oil and sear breasts on each side for 4 minutes each side.
  5. 5.Remove and place on rimmed cookie sheet
  6. 6. Bake for 30 minutes.
  7. Serve with side dish of your choice!
  8. Enjoy!!
