Low Carb Breakfast
  • 1 pound bacon, fried crisp
  • 1 pound pork sausage, browned
  • any other meat you wish
  • 12 eggs
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup onion, chopped
  • 1/2 cup green pepper, chopped
  • 4 ounces can mushrooms, drained
  • salt and pepper
  • 8 ounces cheddar cheese, shredded
  1. Beat the eggs in a large bowl; beat in the cream. Add salt and pepper to taste. Arrange the meats, onion and green pepper and mushrooms (sauted first) and the cheese in a greased 9x13" baking dish. Pour the egg mixture evenly over everything. Cover and chill overnight, if desired. Bake at 350 degrees for 50-60 minutes, until golden brown and knife inserted comes out clean. If not chilled, bake about 40-45 minutes.
