Low Carb Cinnamon Waffles

- - 100g Low fat cottage cheese
- - 1 scoop of Vanilla EHPlabs – OxyWhey
- - 2 whole eggs
- - 1/2 tsp of baking powder
- - 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- - 1 tsp of stevia
- - 2-4 tbsp of unsweetened almond milk
DIRECTIONS
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix until all lumps are completely gone (you can use a blender)
- Heat up a waffle iron/press and spray with non-stick spray
- Pour the mixture onto the waffle press and allow to cook thoroughly
- Remove waffles from waffle press and add toppings such as sugar free maple syrup and no added sugar ice cream. Enjoy..
