Low Carb Garlic Cheddar Biscuits

  • 1 Cup Almond flour
  • 3 Tbsp. + 1 ½ tsp melted butter
  • 1 ½ tsp. baking powder
  • 1 ½ tsp. xanthan gum
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 2 ¼ cup shredded cheese (I think sharp cheese works the best, but feel free to use whatever kind you want)
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
DIRECTIONS
  1. 1.Mix all ingredients together well, forming a dough. It will seem a little dry, but that is how it should be
  2. 2.Refrigerate for 20 minutes or until chilled
  3. 3.Preheat oven to 375
  4. 4.Spray a cookie sheet with non-stick spray
  5. 5.Spoon dough onto cookie sheet
  6. 6.Bake for 10-12 minutes until browned
