Low Carb Spicy Chipotle BBQ Sauce

DIRECTIONS
- Saute (using PAM):

- until soft and cooked through.
- Add:
- Chipotle Chiles In Adobo Sauce 3 Tbsp smashed into a paste
- 2 cups Low Sodium V8
- Canned Tomato Paste (no sugar) ~ 12 oz.
- Continue to simmer for 5 or more minutes.
- Let cool and store in covered container in refrigerator.
- Use in place of commercial BBQ sauces which have lots of sugar
