Low-Fat Banana Chocolate Chip Muffins

- 1 1/3 Cups of flour
- ½ cup sugar
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 egg
- ½ cup low-fat plain yogurt
- ½ cup canola oil
- 3 mashed rotten banana’s
- ½ cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
DIRECTIONS
- Pre-heat oven to 400F.
- Combine dry ingredients. Then add liquid ingredients. Beat till smooth. Add chocolate chips. Pour into cups. Bake for 25 minutes.
- Make even healthier:
- ✔ use ¼ cup chips
- ✔ use ½ whole wheat flour
- ✔ use fat free yogurt
