Low-Fat Chutney Chicken Salad

  • 2 cups diced cooked chicken OR turkey
  • 1/4 cup mango chutney
  • 1 sm. golden delicious apple - cored, minced
  • 1/4 cup minced celery
  • 1/4 cup minced red onion
  • 1/3 cup reduced-fat mayonnaise
  • salt and pepper - to taste
DIRECTIONS
  1. Mix all ingredients together.
  2. -Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  3. Notes: Use as a sandwich filling or serve on top of a bed of greens.
