Low carb pizza with cheese crust
INGREDIENTS

- Dough
- ½ cup almond flour
- ½ cup coconut flour
- 2 cups mozzarella cheese
- 1 tbsp psyllium husk powder
- 4 tbsp cream cheese
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp dried basil
- 1 tsp dried parsley
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp dried rosemary
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- Topping
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese (or more if you like it extra cheesy)
- ½ cup tomato sauce (preferably home made, no sugar added)
- anything else you like on top of a pizza
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat oven to 420 degrees Fahrenheit
- Add the 2 cups of mozzarella cheese to a micowave-safe bowl and microwave high for around 1 minute
- Add the cream cheese and the egg and blend well
- Add almond and coconut flour, psyllium husk, spices/herbs and mix well
- Once cooled, form into a ball
- Between two sheets of baking parchment, flatten the ball and form into a circular shape
- Place the ball on a baking sheet and punch some holes with a fork
- Bake for 8-9 minutes
- Flip the dough over and bake for another 6-7 minutes (or until golden brown)
- Remove the dough from the oven and spread tomato sauce on top
- Add cheese and your favourite toppings
- Bake again just until the cheese is melted
