MATAPALO MATT’S BONGA BROWNIES
INGREDIENTS
- 2 sticks butter
- 1 cup powdered cacao
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 tsp café rica
- 2 ½ cups flour
- pinch of salt
DIRECTIONS
- Melt butter in saucepan.
- Stir in cacao and sugar.
- Pour into mixing bowl.
- Add eggs, vanilla, café rica, and flour.
- Stir until mixture is thick and glossy.
- Pour into 8” grease Pyrex and bake at 350 for 25 minutes. Check with toothpick to see if it comes clean.
- You do not want to over bake these brownies.
