MEXICAN WEDDING CAKE COOKIES
INGREDIENTS
- Cooking Time: 10 to 12
- Servings: 80
- 4 cups cake flour
- 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
- 2 cups butter
- 1 tbsps. vanilla
- 2 cups pecans, finely chopped
- 1/2 tsp. salt
DIRECTIONS
- Combine all ingredients and form into small balls. Place on cookie sheet and flatten slightly with fork.
- Bake at 400° for 10-12 minutes.
- Makes about 80 small cookies.
