  • 4 cups cake flour
  • 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
  • 2 cups butter
  • 1 tbsps. vanilla
  • 2 cups pecans, finely chopped
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
DIRECTIONS
  1. Combine all ingredients and form into small balls. Place on cookie sheet and flatten slightly with fork.
  2. Bake at 400° for 10-12 minutes.
  3. Makes about 80 small cookies.
