Mac & Cheese
  • Cooking Time: 40
  • 4 tbsp of butter 4 tbsp of flour
  • 3 cups of milk 6 slices of cheese, more if you like it cheesier
  • Box of Elbow macaroni
  1. Melt butter in sauce pan on medium heat. Add milk and flour, when mixture is hot (do not let it boil) add cheese. Turn heat down low and let it thicken while you cook macaroni. Combine mixture and cooked macaroni in casserole dish and bake for approx. 30 - 40 minutes at 350.
