Macadamia Chip Brownies

  • 1/3 cup butter
  • 4 squares (1 oz. each) white baking chocolate
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup chopped macadamia nuts
  • 1/2 cup milk chocolate chips
DIRECTIONS
  1. In a saucepan over low heat
  2. Melt the butter and white chocolate
  3. Remove from the heat
  4. In a bowl, combine the eggs, sugar, and vanilla
  5. Add the chocolate mixture, flour, and salt
  6. Mix well
  7. Stir in the nuts and chocolate chips
  8. Pour into a greased 9-inch square baking pan
  9. Bake at 325 F for 30-35 minutes or until the top is lightly browned
  10. Cool on a wire rack
  11. Cut into bars
