Macadamia Nut Strawberry Cream

  • 1/4 cup macadamia nuts, soaked overnight
  • 1/2 cup fresh strawberries, hulled
  • 1/4 cup soy milk, or non dairy milk of choice
  • 6 drops liquid stevia, more or less to taste
  1. 1. Soak macadamia nuts overnight.
  2. 2. Drain and rinse the macadamia nuts.
  3. 3. Blend all ingredients together in a blender until smooth, adding more stevia if desired.
  4. *Tasty Tip: You can serve this immediately OR let sit in the fridge for 30 minutes to thicken a touch more, but not necessary.
This is a simple recipe for an versatile fruit dip, pudding topper or parfait layer. Chef's choice! I like strawberry, but feel free to use your berry of choice for the base.
