Macaroni & Cheese
INGREDIENTS
- 2 tbsp of butter
- 2 tbsp of flour
- tsp of pepper
- 2 cups of milk
- 1 pound of american or cheddar cheese
- 1 lb of elbows pasta
DIRECTIONS
- Add milk and cheese mixture to cassarole dish. Bake for 20 minutes covered.
- Optional: Add bread crumbs to top of pasta after mixing in milk & cheese mixture and bake uncovered. This will make a crispy top.
