Macaroni and Cheese

INGREDIENTS
- 8 oz. pkg. macaroni, cooked
- 1 lb. cottage cheese
- 3/4 c. sour cream
- 8 oz. cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 t. salt
- 1/8 t. pepper
- 2 t. grated onion
- Garnish: Italian bread crumbs, paprika and dried parsley
DIRECTIONS
- Combine all ingredients in a 1 ½ qt. casserole dish. Bake, uncovered @ 350º for 45 minutes, garnish with bread crumbs, paprika and parsley.
