Macaroni and Cheese
INGREDIENTS
  • 8 oz. pkg. macaroni, cooked
  • 1 lb. cottage cheese
  • 3/4 c. sour cream
  • 8 oz. cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 t. salt
  • 1/8 t. pepper
  • 2 t. grated onion
  • Garnish: Italian bread crumbs, paprika and dried parsley
DIRECTIONS
  1. Combine all ingredients in a 1 ½ qt. casserole dish. Bake, uncovered @ 350º for 45 minutes, garnish with bread crumbs, paprika and parsley.
