Mahi Tuna Steak
  • Cooking Time: 6 minutes (3 minutes on each side on high heat)
  • Servings: Single - Double the steaks for more servings
  • Preparation Time: 10 minutes
  • Mahi Tuna Steaks 2 inches thick
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Butter
  • Anna's Addicting Salsa - 'Dat Green Stuff
  1. Salt and pepper the steaks on both sides and set aside for about 10 minutes to let the seasoning set.
  2. Melt butter in a skillet on high heat - We like to use cast iron skillets but I do not recommend in the oven.
  3. Cook the tuna steak for 3 minutes on each side. This gives you the medium rare flavor I highly recommend.
