Manaroni Salad
INGREDIENTS
  • Cooking Time: 30 minutes
  • Servings: 5-6
  • Preparation Time: 20
  • 1 pkg of vegetable elbow macaroni
  • 1 red onion chopped
  • 1 head of celery hearts chopped
  • 3 tbs garlic powder
  • 2tbs onion powder
  • 2 tbs salt
  • 2 tbs pepper
  • 1 can of chicken in water
  • 1 can turkey in water
  • 1 tbsp lemon extract ( I use this instead of lemon juice to cut the acid)
  • 1/2 cup light mayonnaise
  • Drizzle of olive oil first press (to keep pasta from sticking)
DIRECTIONS
  1. Bring water to a boil
  2. cook pasta al dente
  3. Next drain and pour into a large bowl
  4. Pour in all other ingredients and mix well
  5. Set in refrigerator for at least 1-2 hrs before serving so flavors can absorb
  6. Serve and enjoy!
