Mandarin Orange Cake

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 box yellow cake mix
  • 3 eggs
  • 3/4 c. veg. oil
  • 1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges,
  • liquid and all
  • Frosting
  • 1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip, thawed
  • 1 small pkg. of instant vanilla
  • pudding
  • 1 small can undrained crushed
  • pineapple
DIRECTIONS
  1. Mix all together & pour into greased & floured 9X13" cake pan. Bake @ 350 degrees for 25 - 30 minutes or until it tests done.
  2. Frosting
  3. Mix all frosting ing. together and frost cooled cake.
  4. Keep refrigerated!

Have been making this for years now. It is still my most favorite cake ever!! So light, moist and a nice cool dessert in the summer!
