Mandarin Orange Ramen Salad

- 2 Package chicken flavored ramen noodles
- 3 Cups shredded lettuce
- 1/2 Cup thin sliced carrot
- 2 Stalks of celery thinly sliced
- 1 Small can mandarin oranges, drained
- 2 Tablespoon White vinegar
- 2 Tablespoon sugar
- 1 Diced scallion
DIRECTIONS
- Cook chicken ramen according to package directions. Drain water completely, reserve spice packet for dressing. Toss cooked ramen with cabbage, carrots, and 2 stalks of diced celery, drain 1 can mandarin oranges and 2 tablespoons of white vinegar mixed with the flavoring packet and 2 tablespoons sugar and stir to combine. Garnish with diced scallions.
