Mango Smoothie
  • 1 large or 2 small mangoes,peeled and cut in small chunks
  • 1/2 cup plain low fat yogurt
  • 3/4 cup milk(I use 2% or 1%)
  • can put in crushed ice but I use
  • every thing already cold so don't bother.
  • 1 tblsp of Splenda or to taste
  1. Put all ingredients in blender or smoothie maker and whiz until mango is pulped.
