Many veggie stir fry

  • 1 can sliced water chestnuts
  • 1/2 can baby corn
  • 1 baby bok choi
  • 1 sliced green pepper (can use any colour)
  • 2 carrots sliced
  • 2 celery sliced
  • 1 orange sliced(about 8 slices)
  • 1/2 pkg of Rice noodles
  • 1 jar orange ginger sauce
DIRECTIONS
  1. 1./ boil water, follow directions on pkg to cook rice noodle
  2. 2. cook al veggies in a pan, can cook harder veggies (like carrots) first then add the rest.
  3. 3. cook 5min or longer for a softer veggie.
  4. 4. poor sauce over veggies.
  5. 5. put noodles on plate poor veggies over top serve
