Maple Brownies
INGREDIENTS
- Cooking Time: 20 to 25
- 6 TBS cocoa
- 2 TBS oil
- 2 eggs
- 3/4 cup butter
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts or pecans
- 3/4 cup flour
- 1/4 tsp salt
DIRECTIONS
- Mix the cocoa and oil well.
- Beat the sugar,butter, eggs, and vanilla.
- Add the maple syrup and mix well.
- Blend in the cocoa mixture.
- Mix together baking powder,flour, and salt.
- Stir into the chocolate mixture until well mixed. Fold in the walnuts or pecans.
- Grease an 9x9x2-inch pan.
- Spread brownie mixture into the pan.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 min.
- Cool an dust with powdered sugar.
