INGREDIENTS
  • 3/4 c walnuts
  • 3 c brown sugar
  • 2 T butter
  • 1 c milk
DIRECTIONS
  1. Mix milk and brown sugar and cook to 236 degree or soft ball stage. Stir as much as possible while cooking. Take off heat and plop in butter. Let cool to 110 degree or 120 degree, Add 1 t. vanilla and nuts. Stir till it thickens and loses its gloss. Pour into buttered pan.
