Maple-Glazed Ribs

  • 3 pounds pork spareribs cut into serving size pieces
  • 1 cup maple syrup
  • 3 TBS orange juice concentrate
  • 3TBS ketchup
  • 2 TBS soy sauce
  • 1 TBS dijon mustard
  • 1 TBS worcestshire sauce
  • 1 tsp curry powder
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 2 green onions, minced
  • 1 TBS sesame seeds, roasted
DIRECTIONS
  1. Place ribs meaty side up on a rack in a greased 13 x 9 x 2 in pan.
  2. Cover pan tightly with foil.
  3. Bake at 350 degrees F for 1 1/4 hours.
  4. Meanwhile combine the next 9 ingredients in a saucepan.
  5. Bring to a boil over med. heat.
  6. Reduce heat; simmer for 15 minutes stirring occasionally.
  7. Drain ribs and return to pan.
  8. Cover with sauce.
  9. Bake, uncovered for 35 min. basting occasionally. Sprinkle with sesame seeds just before serving.
