Maple Walnut Truffle

  • 10 oz (El Rey icoa) white chocolate
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 4oz toasted walnuts, chopped
  1. Melt gently over hot water the white chocolate and mAple syrup.
  2. Beat till light and fluffy.
  3. Chill till from enough to scoop.
  4. Shape bite-sized balls.
  5. Roll in toasted walnuts.
  6. May refrigerate or freeze if well wrapped.
