Maple-peppercorn Vinaigrette

- 1 1/2 teaspoon dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 2 tablespoons mixed peppercorns
- 1 tablespoon pure maple syrup
- 1/2 cup extra-virgin olive oil
DIRECTIONS
- Whisk together all ingredients except for the oil.
- Slowly stream in oil while continuing to whisk ingredients to emulsify.
