Maple-peppercorn Vinaigrette
INGREDIENTS
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons mixed peppercorns
  • 1 tablespoon pure maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup extra-virgin olive oil
DIRECTIONS
  1. Whisk together all ingredients except for the oil.
  2. Slowly stream in oil while continuing to whisk ingredients to emulsify.
