- 3 cups pecans
- 2 cups coconut
- 1 can Eagle Brand Condensed Milk
- 1 stick melted butter
- 1 1/2 box powdered sugar (4 cups)
- 2 pkgs. (12 oz) chocolate chips
- 1/4 lb. paraffin
DIRECTIONS
- Mix chopped pecans, coconut, Eagle Brand Milk, melted butter, and powdered sugar. Form into small balls and let chill 4 hours. Add chocolate chips and paraffin to double boiler and melt. Dip each ball into the chocolate mixture and place on waxed paper to cool.
