Marinara Sauce
INGREDIENTS
  • Olive oil
  • 2 small onions - chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves - chopped
  • 1 celery stalk - chopped
  • 1 carrot - chopped
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 cans crushed tomatoes
  • 2 bay leaves
DIRECTIONS
  1. Saute garlic and onions in oil for about 10 minutes, until translucent. Add the celery, carrot, salt and pepper. Saute until veggies are soft, about ten minutes. Add the tomatoes and bay leaves and simmer 1 hour.
