Marinated Broccoli and Califlower Salad
INGREDIENTS

  • 1 head broccoli, chopped
  • 1 head califlower, chopped
  • 1 onion, sliced in rings
  • 1 small jar (4oz) chopped pimentos
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3/4 cup white vinegar
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • salt and pepper
DIRECTIONS
  1. Mix first 3 ingredents in large bowl and set aside.
  2. Mix remaining ingredents til well combined and pour over vegetables.
  3. Stir well.
  4. Place in refrigerator and chill at least 4 hours. (overnight is really great!!)
  5. Serve.
