Marinated Carrot Salad

INGREDIENTS
  • 2 lbs. carrots, peeled and diced
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. dry mustard
  • 1/4 cup oil
  • 1/4 cup vinegar
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 green pepper, diced
  • 1 Spanish onion, diced
DIRECTIONS
  1. Cook carrots until just tender, do not overcook. Drain well. Add next seven ingredients, stir gently. Add green pepper and onion. Put in covered bowl and refrigerate for several hours to blend flavours.
