Marinated Flank Steak
  • 1/2 c. olive oil
  • 1/4 c. soy sauce
  • 3 T. honey
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/2. tsp. ginger
  • 1 T. minced onion
  • 4 garlic bulbs minced
  • Adolf's seasoning
  • 2-3 lbs flank steak
  1. Tenderize your meat by either using a meat tenderizer or pricking with a fork. Mix all ingredients together and put into a Ziploc bag(freezer). Roll the bag around to coat all sides of meat. Marinate in refrigerator for 4-6 hours.
  2. On a HOT grill or broiler cook 6 minutes a side. Enjoy!
