Marinated Mushrooms
INGREDIENTS
  • 1 quart mushroom
  • 1 medium sweet onions, sliced
  • 1 cup garlic flavored vinegar
  • 1/2 cup salad oil
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 teaspoon hot sauce
  • salt and pepper
DIRECTIONS
  1. Mix vinegar, salad oil, sugar, hot sauce, salt and pepper.
  2. Pour over mushrooms and onions.
  3. Refrigerate several hours, stirring occasionally, before serving.
