Marinated Salmon

  • 4 Salmon Fillets
  • 4 tsp olive oil
  • 1 1/2 tsp honey
  • 1/2 tsp minced garlic
  • 1 1/2 tsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp lemon zest
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 2 tsp chopped fresh parsley
  • 2 tsp fresh thyme leaves
  1. Place olive oil, honey, soy sauce, lemon zest, parsley, thyme, salt and pepper in a bowl. Whisk to combine. Reserve 1 tsp of marinade for later use.
  2. Add the garlic to the bowl.
  3. Add the salmon and marinade to a resealable freezer bag and seal. Shake to coat the salmon with the marinade.
  4. Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes or up to six hours.
  5. Grilling Instructions: Preheat an outdoor grill or indoor grill pan over medium-high heat.
  6. Add Salmon and cook for 5-6 minutes each side. Brush the reserved marinade over the salmon fillets.
  7. Serve with lemon wedges, if desired.
Easy enough for a quick weeknight dinner and is healthy and delicious!
