Marmalade Glazed Turkey Ham

  • 20 oz Pineapple Chunks
  • 1 cup Reserved Juice From Pineapple
  • 1 Tbsp Cornstarch
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp Spicy Brown Mustard
  • 1/2 cup Orange Marmalade
  • 2 lb Turkey Ham
DIRECTIONS
  1. Oven Temperature: 350°F
  2. Glaze:
  3. *Small pan over medium heat, add pineapple juice and cornstarch and stir until thick
  4. *Add mustard and marmalade and remove from heat
  5. Turkey Ham:
  6. *Preheat oven to 350 degrees; score the turkey ham
  7. *Glaze with marmalade to lightly cover exposed sides of ham
  8. *Bake 15 minutes per pound, uncovered; baste at least 1-2 times while baking
  9. *Use remaining marmalade glaze over turkey ham slices when served
