Mary's Chocolate Pizzas
INGREDIENTS
- Servings: 36 Cookies
- 1 pkg. milk chocolate chips
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
- 1 cups miniature marshmallows
- 1 cup KELLOGG’S® RICE KRISPIES® cereal
- 1 cup peanuts
- maraschino cherries, well drained, cut up
- 1 tsp. oil
DIRECTIONS
- Microwave milk chocolate in large microwaveable bowl on HIGH 2 min.; stir. Microwave 1 to 2 min. or until chocolate is completely melted and mixture is well blended, stirring every 30 sec. Add marshmallows, cereal and peanuts; mix well.
- Drop spoonfuls onto wax paper. Sprinkle on cherries. Melt white chocolate with oil in microwave. Drizzle over cookies. Chill in refrigerator.
