Mary's Chocolate Sauce
INGREDIENTS
  • Cooking Time: 5 minutes
  • Servings: 8 to 10 servings
  • Preparation Time: 10 minutes
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 2 squares unsweetened chocolate, melted
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 3/4 cup evaporated milk
DIRECTIONS
  1. Melt butter and chocolate over low heat in heavy pan
  2. Add sugar and salt gradually
  3. Stir in milk slowly
  4. Cook about 4-5 minutes longer until thickened
  5. Store in refrigerator for weeks
