• 1 box of white cake mix (any brand)
• 1 small box of strawberry gelatin
• 4 eggs
• 3/4 cup vegetable oil
• 1 cup strawberries (fresh or frozen, the frozen makes it moister by using juice
• 1 cup coconut
• 1 cup pecans
• Icing recipe
• 1 box powdered sugar
• 1 stick margarine
• 1. cup coconut
• 1 cup pecans
• 1 cup strawberries

1. Mix all ingredients with the cake mix, bake in round cake pans at 350 degrees
2. When cake is cooled, stack and frost with icing.

My Mother, Mary Beach, made this cake which leaves the eater craving more. It is very rich, and super moist.
