Mary Lou Frayer's Homemade Bread
  • 5 pounds Robin Hood flour
  • 3 evelopes dry yeast, in 2 qt. pan of warm

  1. Put flour in big pan and fill hand with salt until it runs out. Put most of water in at once. Stir with hand until wet and moist and sticks together. Now pour 1/2 oil or little more and knead it good in pan, then cover it warm with a blanket. After one hour, punch it down and let it rise again (2 to 3 hours). Put in baking pans and cover until rises (approximately 1 hour). Bursh with beaten eggs and sesame seeds. Bake at 350° for 20-30 minutes, until golden brown. While hot, cover again with blanket.
