Mashed Sweet Potatoes
  • Cooking Time: 60 minutes
  • Servings: 2-4
  • Preparation Time: 5 minutes
  • 2 medium to large sweet potatoes
  • 2 tsp of nutmeg
  • 1 tbsp of molasses or agave sweetener
  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees
  2. Wrap sweet potatoes in foil
  3. Bake potatoes for 45-60 minutes until throughly baked and soft
  4. Peel potatoes and mash in a stainless steel bowl
  5. Add nutmeg and molasses to the mixture until fully blended
