Mayonnaise
INGREDIENTS
  • 2 x Eggs
  • 3/4 - 1 x CUP of canola OR sunflower oil
  • 1 x TSP of dry mustard
  • 1 x TSP of ground black pepper
  • 1/2 x TSP of salt
  • 1 x Squeeze of lemon juice
DIRECTIONS
  1. In a food processor mildly bend both eggs until white & fluffy
  2. Add the oil
  3. Add dry mustard
  4. Add black pepper
  5. Add salt
  6. Add lemon juice
  7. When completely blended, pour into a jar or container of your choosing and refrigerate.
