Meat Lover's Pizza Casserole

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 15 oz. can pizza sauce
  • 8 oz. elbow macaroni, cooked and drained
  • 2 c. (8 oz.) shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese
  • 3 1/2 oz. pkg. sliced pepperoni, quartered
  • 1/2 t. salt
DIRECTIONS
  1. In a large skillet, cook beef and onion over medium high heat until meat is no longer pink; drain. Stir in remaining ingredients.
  2. Transfer to a greased 2-quart baking dish. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees, for 40 to 45 minutes or until heated through.
