Meat sauce
INGREDIENTS
  • 2 onions - chopped
  • 4 garlic cloves - chopped
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 5 cloves
  • 1 tbsp rosemary leaves
  • 1 tbsp italian seasoning
  • salt and pepper
  • 3 28 oz cans crushed tomatoes
  • 2 28 oz cans tomato puree
DIRECTIONS
  1. Saute onions and garlic in a little oil, add meat and everything but tomatoes and bay leaves. Brown the meat thru and add in tomatoes, bay leaves and 1 of the tomato cans filled with water. Bring to a boil and then simmer for 2 hours. Add sugar if needed.
