Meatball Casserole

- Cooking Time: 20-30
- 1/3 c. onion
- 1 egg
- 1/4 c. seasoned bread crumbs
- 3 T. Parmesan cheese
- 1 lb. hamburger
- 8 oz. spaghetti, cooked
- 1 c. mozzarella cheese
- 1/3 c. Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 c. Romano cheese
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 T. oil
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- Salt & pepper to taste
- 1 jar of your favorite pasta sauce
- *To save time, you can omit the first five ingredients and use your favorite frozen meatballs.
DIRECTIONS
- Combine first 5 ingredients. Form into 1 inch balls. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes. Set aside. Combine cooked spaghetti mozzarella, 1/3 c. parmesan, romano, 2 eggs, oil and spices. Press into greased 9 x 9 pan. Top with cooked meatballs. Pour jar of pasta sauce over meatballs. Top with extra mozzarella. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes.
