Meatball skewers

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 tbsp marg
  • 1/3 cup chopped onion
  • 1 egg white
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 3/4 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp each pepper and galic powder
  • 1 lb lean ground beef
  • onion chunks
  • pepper chunks
  • cherry tomatoes
  • mushroom caps
  • cooking oil
DIRECTIONS
  1. Melt marg in frying pan.
  2. Add onion and saute till soft.
  3. Cool.
  4. In lrg bowl beat egg wht, paprika, salt, pepper and garlic powder ontil blended.
  5. Add onion.
  6. Add ground beef.
  7. Mix and shape into 1 1/2-2in. meatballs.
  8. Thread onto skewers(presoak wooden skewers 30 min.) alternating with vegs.
  9. Cook on med-hot grill turning often until well done.
  10. Brush with cooking oil occasionally.

The recipe was found in Company Coming BBQ cookbook. My husband loves his burgers and I love shish kabobs..so I found this recipe.
