Meatball skewers

INGREDIENTS
- 1 tbsp marg
- 1/3 cup chopped onion
- 1 egg white
- 1 tsp paprika
- 3/4 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp each pepper and galic powder
- 1 lb lean ground beef
- onion chunks
- pepper chunks
- cherry tomatoes
- mushroom caps
- cooking oil
DIRECTIONS
- Melt marg in frying pan.
- Add onion and saute till soft.
- Cool.
- In lrg bowl beat egg wht, paprika, salt, pepper and garlic powder ontil blended.
- Add onion.
- Add ground beef.
- Mix and shape into 1 1/2-2in. meatballs.
- Thread onto skewers(presoak wooden skewers 30 min.) alternating with vegs.
- Cook on med-hot grill turning often until well done.
- Brush with cooking oil occasionally.
