Melissa's, Healthy Watergate Fruit Salad

  • 1 pkg (1 oz.) Jell-O Pistachio Flavor Sugar Free Fat Free Instant Pudding
  • 1 can (8oz.) crushed pineapple in juice, undrained
  • 1 cup vanilla low-fat yogurt
  • 2-1/2 cups thawed Cool Whip Free Whipped Topping, divided
DIRECTIONS
  1. Mix dry pudding mix, pineapple and yogurt in large bowl with whisk until well blended.
  2. Stir in 2 cups thawed Cool Whip.
  3. Refrigerate 1 hour.
  4. Serve topped with remaining Cool Whip (if desired).
