Mexican Casserole

INGREDIENTS
  • Chili Mixture:
  • Your own chili recipe, drained or thickened....
  • or
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 2 cans Hormel chili
  • 1 can tomato paste
  • 1 can tomato sauce
  • Casserole:
  • Bag of tortilla chips or fritos
  • 2 bags of shredded cheese (cheddar or mexican blend)
  • 2 containers of sour cream
DIRECTIONS
  1. Make chili.
  2. If using your own chili, be sure to have it be very thick (no broth)
  3. In a casserole dish, layer flattened chips, chili, sour cream, & cheese.
  4. Repeat layering until dish is almost full.
  5. Bake at 425 for 15-20 mins
