Mexican Casserole

INGREDIENTS
- Chili Mixture:
- Your own chili recipe, drained or thickened....
- or
- 1 lb ground beef
- 2 cans Hormel chili
- 1 can tomato paste
- 1 can tomato sauce
- Casserole:
- Bag of tortilla chips or fritos
- 2 bags of shredded cheese (cheddar or mexican blend)
- 2 containers of sour cream
DIRECTIONS
- Make chili.
- If using your own chili, be sure to have it be very thick (no broth)
- In a casserole dish, layer flattened chips, chili, sour cream, & cheese.
- Repeat layering until dish is almost full.
- Bake at 425 for 15-20 mins
