Mexican Chicken Casserole
  • 1 30 oz. can refried beans
  • 1 box Rice-a-Roni Mexican rice
  • 1 14.5 oz. can tomato sauce
  • 1 envelope Taco seasoning
  • 2 c. cooked chicken, cubed
  • 1 c. shredded cheddar or montery jack cheese
  1. Cook rice according to directions. Spread beans in a casserole dish or pan, top with rice. Mix tomato sauce, chicken,and taco seasoning. Put this on top of beans and rice, top with cheese and bake 30-45 min. at 350
