Mexican Corn Bake
INGREDIENTS
  • 2 cans cream style corn
  • 2 beaten eggs
  • 3/4 cup cornmeal
  • 1 tsp. garlic salt
  • 1 small can green chilies, chopped
  • 2 c. grated cheese
DIRECTIONS
  1. Mix all ingredients except chilies and cheese. Place one half of mixture in an 8 inch square baking dish. Place cheese and chopped chilies on top. Spread remaining corn mixture on top. Bake at 350 for 35 minutes.
